Automated monitoring systems for IPC discipline that are
100% automated and 0% manual.

IPC monitoring redefined

Sensor arrays replace human monitoring, capturing high-quality, machine-generated data. Real-time, rules-based audio and visual notifications make important IPC discipline events immediately visible to the surgical team.

Non-medical device CE-marked Available for reference centre installation

IPC Delegate monitors IPC-related workflows using sensor arrays to capture high-quality, objective data and delivers real-time audio and visual notifications according to the surgical team's own rules — continuously, without adding a single click to existing workflows.

The surgical team sets the standards; IPC Delegate holds the watch.

TRL 3 — Medical device in development

StopSSIs is a medical device that extends the base sensor and rules-based technology of IPC Delegate with a clinical inference layer. This layer applies validated clinical thresholds derived from published perioperative best-practice guidelines and peer-reviewed SSI prevention literature to generate a real-time clinical risk indication for the surgical team when one or more thresholds are exceeded.

International patent application filed. Piveu holds an international patent application covering the StopSSIs system architecture and clinical threshold basis. The patent entered national phase in January 2026 in the European Union, the United States, Saudi Arabia, and Australia.
