We make IPC discipline easier to follow and continuously improve, creating a better experience for surgical teams and safer surgery for patients.

Founding

In 2022, a major university hospital approached Mattias and James looking for a better solution for perioperative IPC (Infection Prevention and Control) monitoring — a problem which affects virtually every hospital performing surgery.

Mattias and James, who have spent their careers building and deploying innovative capital solutions for surgical teams, realised that the only viable IPC monitoring solution would need to monitor more of the critical workflows and be 100% automated and 0% manual.

Piveu was founded to provide solutions to that problem.
