We do not use cookies or other tracking technologies on this website and we do not collect personal data by automated means.

Why we process your data and on what legal basis

We process your personal data to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to conduct pre-contractual discussions about our products and services. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): specifically, our interest in communicating with prospective customers and partners in connection with our business. We have assessed that these interests are not overridden by your interests or rights, given that we collect only data you voluntarily provide, use it solely to respond to you, and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be processed by our email and IT infrastructure providers acting as data processors under agreements that require them to protect your data in accordance with the GDPR. Our email services are provided by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland) under a Data Processing Agreement that includes Standard Contractual Clauses in accordance with Article 46 GDPR. Data is stored within the European Economic Area.

How long we keep your data

We retain correspondence for up to three years from the date of last contact, unless a longer period is required by a contractual relationship or legal obligation. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Your rights below).

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data; to restrict or object to its processing; and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at contact@piveu.com. We will respond within one month.

Right to complain

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), at www.aepd.es, if you believe we have not handled your personal data lawfully.
